All of our Providers offer Telehealth.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Medicare and select insurance companies have extended their coverage to included Telehealth. We will bill your insurance as a telehealth visit. Most insurance companies cover this cost as a typical office visit.

Our physicians and nurse practitioners are licensed to practice in the state of Kansas. The location of the patient is what counts legally, so we are limited to seeing patients who are currently in Kansas only.

A good and fast internet connection is preferred. There may be some delay or connection issues if it is not.

Skype – If the provider does not have your Skype Name/ID, you will need to add them to your contacts first and send a message that they have been added. See below on how to add my provider to my Skype contacts.

If you are using another platform text or call the Provider to ensure the Provider has downloaded the requested platform.

If the provider is on another call, staff will need to try again.

When in Skype, please click on ‘Contacts’ and ‘Add Contact’. You can find your provider by entering their name as shown below:
